The ideal candidate will have the following characteristics, education, experience and training:; Retail and/or sales experience essential; Staff management experience, including customer service training; Experience in trend analysis data and similar; Language skills would be an advantage but are not essential; Knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel; The ability to manage resources in a highly effective manner; Ability to evaluate data and provide trend analysis; Good written & communication skills; Good customer service skills essential; Good training & negotiation skills desirable; Ability to work to deadlines, thorough, diplomatic & persuasive; Ability to motivate staff, generate enthusiasm and create a positive working environment

Wymagania

The role requires a person with exceptional sales and marketing skills and excellent staff management ability based on solid experience. This person will oversee training and motivation on their sites. Most importantly, the role also requires the ability to evaluate and analyse data. The person will be a skilled communicator, probably from a retail or operational background. We require an organised person with a business brain. This is a very hands-on role that requires initiative and a pro-active approach, combined with good visual sense.
