Minimum of 5-10 years design experience preferably within a consulting design field. Chartered Engineer or working towards Member of an appropriate Institution Computer literate with knowledge of Word, Specification Expert, Excel, IES and Amtech. Knowledge of CDM and Health & Safety regulations, IT and data, security, CCTV, lighting and lightning protection systems an advantage.Wymagania
Quality Assurance file. Up-keep of Quality Plan. Related correspondence / filing is kept up to date. Productions of project documentation (ensuring compliance with Quality Plan). Drawings reflect requirements of design and checked in accordance with Design Basis Statement. Completing Contractor Assessment after project completion Reporting to an Associate and ultimately a Director.Kontakt
