The successful candidate will be expected to travel up to 20% when required to dealers, factories, marketing offices of all business units, forwarders, and logistics operations. Wymagania

Maintaining excellent communications and relations with dealers Managing expectations and relationships with dealers, 5 diverse marketing teams, 8 factories, forwarders, and logistics teams in remote locations Ensuring orders are processed by the entire team within company guidelines, policies and procedures of EAME territories Managing the Order Fulfilment team to provide timely and accurate status of orders and activity reports to managers and dealers Providing guidance and coaching to team leads and business correspondents for assigned job activities Maintaining a good understanding and knowledge of various terms and procedures related to prime product shipping, documentation and invoicing Applying daily a working knowledge of all on-line prime product sales related systems used for processing dealer orders, reporting sales, shipping and collection Continually seek to improve customer satisfaction, find opportunities for continuous improvement and strategic planning
