Job Description:

Responsibility to manage at ~ 60 people strong team trough lower team leads and supervisors Responsibility to provide Payroll and HR services to HP's external client Responsibility for keeping Key Performance Indicators at the agreed level with the client, trough implementation of corrective action to achieve KPIs Project Management by quality Setting Up high Performance standards across the team Implementation of process improvements Professional communication with the client, the Account Delivery Manager as well the Operations Manager

Your profile:

Master degree Experience in Shared Service Centers High project management skills Leadership Skills Very Good English Skills Team motivation skills Initiative and Independence Customer focus and solution orientation Prioritization and Organization skills Very good communication skills Management Experience of a team of at least 40 employees Project Management Experience
