Wymagania

Directly supervise the process team in your area to ensure production targets are achieved, while maintaining a harmonious employee relations climate. Provide the necessary leadership to the diagnostic product manufacturing team in one or more of the following process areas: Solution Preparation and/or product testing Work in concert with the Technical Product Development teams to identify, document, investigate and remedy the cause of process non-conformances. Use Statistical Process Control to track and trend critical process parameters and to identify process improvement and cost-saving opportunities. Provide manufacturing support to ensure the smooth transfer of new products from other sites into the area, in compliance with quality system requirements. Provide manufacturing support to product and process qualification and validation activities that form part of product development/improvement projects. Carry out performance appraisals, identify training and development needs and agree growth plans. Optimise the use of human resources by encouraging an atmosphere of involvement, open communications and effective teamwork. Motivate employees and build teams to support the plant's policy of continuous improvement towards the concept of zero defects. Ensure safety standards are met and safe-working practices adhered to. Ensure all procedures are adhered to and that all GMP requirements are maintained.
