Belfast based company, is looking for a candidates for a position of: Manufacturing Engineering Team Leader - Evenings 4-12 shift

A third level engineering qualification or equivalent. Minimum of five years hands on experience working in an automated manufacturing engineering environment. Minimum of two years supervisory experience. Demonstrated ability to pro-actively identify and implement best practice initiatives in manufacturing engineering.

Wymagania

Develop functional goals for manufacturing engineering team Foster and lead continuous improvement to the culture of safety Preparation and management of relevant budgets Submission of capital expenditure requests for manufacturing equipment. Compliance with the plant quality system. Responsible for ensuring all direct and indirect reports are fully trained in the appropriate quality system procedures, EHS procedures, etc.. Liaise and work with Division Engineering as required Completion of demand maintenance on manufacturing equipment. Completion of PM on manufacturing equipment Implement relevant engineering projects to support on-going EHS plans.
