Long term contracts based in Essex Hourly Rate CŁ20- Ł25.00 per hour

Wymagania

Experience in Power Train or Manufacturing Engineering. Experience of introducing engineering changes within a manufacturing environment. An engineering degree or minimum HNC/HND obtained through a recognised apprenticeship. The ability to interpret part drawings, specifications, control plans and manufacturing process sheets. The use and application of problem solving tools e.g. 8D, 5 whys. An understanding of lean production and productivity techniques applied to mass production. Knowledge and use of quality tools such as FMEA, SPC. The use and application of fastener techniques such as nutrunner spindles, dc tooling, torque and angle strategies. The ability to work within, and lead small teams. Current safety legislation and an appreciation of ergonomics. People development and leadership ability. A high level of motivation, initiative and creativity. A flexible approach to cope with frequent change. Ability to prioritise tasks and manage a demanding workload. ? A high level of presentation and communication skills. Computer literacy in Word, Excel etc.
