Wymagania

Experience is essential in either a similar role within medium to large multi-discipline consultant or Director/Manager for major M & E contractor . Chartered Electrical Building Services Engineer Retaining character and stature to gain respect of current Senior Management Team Retaining demonstrable understanding of Management Techniques to grow staff number, turnover and profit. Demonstrate the character and presence to deal with clients at the highest level, together with the understanding of how to secure new and maintain existing client relationships. Understands the complexities and strategies of contract conditions, project cost control and ACE conditions, and demonstrates the ability to secure and subsequently successfully manage major multi-discipline commissions.
